One of my FAVORITE workouts is Zumba. If you haven’t tried Zumba you’re missing out. Word to the wise… you WILL be a sweaty mess, so don’t worry so much about how you look. Maybe taking a class conflicts with your schedule & isn’t doable. Don’t fret, there’s always dvd’s. This Zumba fitness box of 4 dvds is $48 at Amazon.
